The following simple steps will lead us together to achieve the results you need;
We discuss your needs with you and together decide if we are the right people to help you. This will typically be undertaken by face-to-face meeting or by email, phone or videoconference where you want to avoid travelling costs. We will not charge a consultancy fee for this consultation.
You can submit a scoping document to us or we can develop the scoping document based on our understanding of your needs as gleaned from the Initial Consultation. We will not charge a consultancy fee unless you ask us to produce the scoping document which will typically be between $500 and $2500 depending on the complexity.
Whether it is done via a formal competitive procurement process or as a direct engagement, we will work with you to agree on the terms of the engagement including the costs, timeframes and a clear definition of the deliverables that will satisfy your expectations. Consultancy charges will apply at this stage.
We do our work and deliver you the results.
Our commitment to you continues. We will contact you at a set time past delivery to check on the outcomes and your satisfaction with them. If you require us to conduct further work then the process will ensue from step 2 above.
